1. Who provides the service

Pexio is a LinkedIn prospecting and CRM platform operated by Schellhas Matías, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 23-40361722-9, domiciled in Argentina (the "Provider" or "Pexio"). Commercial, contractual or billing inquiries can be sent to hola@pexio.io.

2. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Pexio, both during the free trial and on paid plans. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pexio.

If you subscribe on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and these terms apply to that company.

3. What the service includes

Pexio lets you build contact lists, run messaging campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels, and manage the resulting leads in its built-in CRM. The specific scope — connected accounts, campaigns, contacts and features — depends on the plan you subscribe to, as published on the pricing page.

Pexio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation or any other social network or messaging platform. You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of the platforms you connect to Pexio.

4. Account and acceptable use

By using Pexio you agree to the following:

• The information you provide when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
• You may not use Pexio to send spam or illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, nor to contact people in breach of the data protection rules that apply to you.
• You may not resell, sublicense or transfer access to the service to third parties, unless you have an agency plan that allows it.
• Pexio applies sending limits and automatic pauses to protect connected accounts. Attempting to bypass them allows us to suspend the service.

5. Plans, free trial and pricing

Pexio is sold on a subscription basis, under the plans and prices published on pexio.io at the time of purchase. Prices are stated in Argentine pesos (ARS). Taxes, withholdings and bank or currency-exchange fees that apply based on your country and payment method may be added to the final amount and are disclosed during checkout.

The 30-day free trial requires no credit card. When it ends, the account stays active only if you subscribe to a plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically for periods equal to the one purchased (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel.

6. Payments and payment processor

Payments for Pexio subscriptions are processed by dLocal Go, the payment platform of the dLocal group, acting as a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a plan you also accept dLocal Go's terms and policies, available at dlocalgo.com.

Charges are processed through dLocal Go and credited to Schellhas Matías, tax ID (CUIT) 23-40361722-9, the service provider and the party responsible for the commercial relationship with the user. Depending on the payment method and country, the charge may appear on your statement as dLocal or as Pexio.

Pexio does not store or access your full card or payment method details: those are received and safeguarded directly by the processor. Pexio only keeps the transaction and subscription identifiers returned by the processor, along with the payment status.

Tax receipts and invoices for the service are issued by Schellhas Matías, tax ID (CUIT) 23-40361722-9, using the billing details you enter in your account.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the subscription remains pending and access may be suspended until it is settled.

7. Renewal, cancellation and withdrawal

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to hola@pexio.io. There are no minimum-term contracts or cancellation penalties. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the service remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Periods already invoiced are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless required by applicable law or in the event of a service failure attributable to Pexio.

Consumers in Argentina retain the rights granted by the Consumer Protection regime (Law 24,240), including the right to withdraw within ten (10) calendar days of purchasing the service remotely. To exercise it, simply write to hola@pexio.io stating the account email; the request is processed at no cost and the amount is refunded through the same payment method.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The contact and prospect data you upload or generate in Pexio is your responsibility: you must have a legal basis to process it and handle requests from the individuals concerned.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the Pexio brand, the design, the documentation and all service materials belong to the Provider. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service while the subscription is in force.

The data you upload or generate on the platform (contacts, messages, leads, activities) remains yours, and you can export it while the account is active.

10. Availability, support and service changes

Pexio is provided "as is" with the best possible availability, but without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation: the service depends on third parties (LinkedIn, infrastructure, messaging and payment providers) that may change their conditions or experience failures.

We may modify or discontinue features. When a change is significant and affects the plan you purchased, we give reasonable prior notice by email or within the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

Pexio is a work tool and does not guarantee specific commercial results (replies, meetings or sales). You are responsible for how you use the connected platforms; Pexio is not liable for restrictions, suspensions or blocks applied by LinkedIn or other platforms to your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights granted to consumers by law.

12. Suspension and account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that puts the service, connected accounts or third parties at risk. Except in serious cases or when required by an authority, we give notice first and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

After termination, you can request an export of your data within the following thirty (30) calendar days.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes are published on this page with their update date and, if substantial, announced by email or within the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the version in force.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. For users qualifying as consumers, Law 24,240 applies together with the jurisdiction of the courts of their domicile. In all other cases, the parties submit to the competent ordinary courts of Argentina.
